Cytokines and MPN
I was referred 7 months ago to a hospital specializing in MPN, there I was told I most likely have PFM, so I have been taking Jakavi 2x10mg,
Aspirin
,2x Fexofenadine180mg for the allergy plus a monthly shot of Xolair. This cocktail of medication really helps me.

Besremi to the Rescue 🤞🏼
I am turning 58,
aspirin
daily. Still have lots of symptoms (brain fog, headaches, fatigue, joint pain, sometimes short of breath). So, he has put in to fight insurance for Besremi. Amazingly within 24 hours I had a phone call and email stating pre approval for one year given.

Eye haemorrage
I am on hydroxy 500mg daily and 75mg asprin. My left eye has become bloodshot again. On the previous occasion, some 5 weeks ago, my left eye had a serious bleed, which took weeks to clear. I think I will stop asprin forwith. I attempted to contact my haematology nurse, left a message and no call back

In need of Reassurance
He was started on medication, he’s never given me the full picture but I know he takes
aspirin
every day because his risk of heart attack was high but he didn’t share the dosage and I also know that he’s on a beta blocker but I don’t which one.

Mainstream medicine makes no secret of its intense hate for
aspirin
. That humble drug has been the subject of countless articles of propaganda (many of them ghostwritten), with the goal of driving doctors towards eliminating
aspirin
from their practice.

Long term lansoprazole use
I was prescribed it when the
aspirin
and then the clopidogrel I take for ET was causing issues with my stomach lining. Now, it's my understanding that long - term use can cause malabsorption issues.

Next round with Clexane
-Can Clexane work without baby
aspirin
? I asked my clinic about this and they said both are blood thinning and won’t give me baby
aspirin
. Did you have Clexane alone? Thanks a lot for your support and hope everyone has a lovely rest they deserve in 2022.

MRI Summary
Re-evaluation with invasive coronary angiogram may be considered to establish anatomy – and in the interim, intense medical therapy recommended with
aspirin
& high-intensity statin advised if not already on.

Granocyte protocol- any experience?
My clinic has tried prednisolone, tacrolimus, IVIG as well as clexane and
aspirin
. They now want to try a granocyte protocol which seems to be injections of a growing stimulant every 3 day.

Combining Hydroxycarbamide and Anagrelide
I am on quite high doses of both (plus
aspirin
) and my platelets still hover around the 700 or 800 mark. The side effects from the medication always seem worse than any symptoms of ET (for which I am not entirely sure I have really had any).

Feeling a little low
Update I had a heart attack in September that left me with a 100 percent blockage in the right artery. In and out of hospital since December with unstable angina. On the 29th March I had 3 stents fitted after trying both wrists they then eventually did it through the groin. Discharged 5 days later

Constipation
I am currently on
Aspirin
, Atorvastatin, Lansoprazole, Prasugrel, Ramipril, Melatonin, Tildiem and Diltiazem. I am experiencing severe constipation, despite taking multiple laxative drinks. Is this a normal side effect & if so can you recommend anything to ease the symptoms?
