I just feel a subtlr
stress
. There is doom and gloom news about the economy and it is making people make rash decisions. I’m feeling down on myself telling myself I can’t do what I think I could do and other have said I can do that. I feel family
stress
from the holidays.

Stress echo after effects
I had a dobutamine
stress
echo on Sunday which was pretty unpleasant and triggered my paroxysmal AFib. The AFib reverted on Monday morning but I am not feeling well since. Did anyone else have any after effects please?

What role does stress play?
I am under a fair amount of
stress
lately and my heart has decided to play up again, after having been quiet for a while following an ablation. Very frustrating. Look forward to hearing from you all and thanks for reading.

Dobutamine stress test
I'm a bit confused as to what is going on and what the
stress
test entails? 😕 I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

Stress test and Afib
Anyone with experience on a
stress
test with afib? When afib starts I can't breath. I've had several treadmill
stress
tests over the years. Just wondering if anyone has had an episode during
stress
rest.

Stress
!!!
Stress
is the problem. Depression, anxiety, ocd, a son that is in a constant state of being angry, a husband who is demeaning and treats me like crap. There's no
stress
in my life!! So how do I manage this? How do I stay calm? I see no future. I see no hope.

Stress incontinence
I know this is a common issue with both sexes but I'm wondering if any ladies have tips on what has improved matters for them? Obviously I've read a lot about this generally but curious about what has really given any runners any improvement. Just as background I'm about to turn 40 and I have 4 children

I try to stay positive and live as

free is extremely important. I am going through a very stressful situation right now.

Stress management
Hi there, I often over react to situations that are deemed stressful. It's becoming more and more of an issue as these outbursts are sometimes displayed in-front of my children which is not acceptable. I'm looking for help on how to manage these situations better and thought this would be a good place
