This is my first post and I really don’t know how or where to start. Any suggestions would help.
I have depression and ptsd. December was a very lonely time for me. No family left and I just moved to a new city and I’m having a hard time finding my place. I have two dogs that give me great joy. Thanks for reading.

A lot of the time I can't find anything that triggered my what I'm assuming is
stress
/anxiety. When it's triggered nothing helps, extra medication, mindful meditation. I don't know what to do at this point. I can't handle SSRI's or a lot medication for that matter.

Not promoting DE route but just want to tell mama’s out there please don’t give up. Opting Egg Donor route is no harm
And always stay positive,
stress
or anxiety during the treatment can bring flaws. So positivity is very important. Personal experience, when I took too much
stress
or overthinking, I had failed cycle. So please calm. My 2 girls will be 4 months old ( 2 months corrected age).

Pain, stiffness & fatigue but low active disease
And am generally feeling pretty rubbish - stiffness, fatigued, upset stomach I have been under a lot of
stress
recently as face losing my job (hospitality industry) which is worrying so much as I don’t know how else I’d work (am s single mum), so I know this isn’t helping.

Pain Post exercise after Heart Attack,
I have an MRI booked in for mass (what a present) with a
stress
test, so hopefully this will put my mind at rest. 🙂

Unshakable Vaginal Bleeding – Seeking Support and Insights
I've been experiencing unshakable vaginal bleeding, which I suspect might be due to extreme
stress
. While it has momentarily stopped, I remain vigilant. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insights to share, I'd greatly appreciate your input.

Mindfulness for FND
Hi In doing my research, I found this free resource which I will share with my son too as I think it will be another tool in his belt, managing FND: https://palousemindfulness.com/index.html It is a weekly course which shows techniques managing
stress
and chronic pain.

Sod's law.....revisited
So I had all the physical
stress
of prepping for a procedure, resulting in an AF episode, disruption and anxiety, all in vain, back to square one. Mister Not Impressed.

Headaches and facial pain
My condition is triggered by humidity,
stress
, tiredness, hunger and the cold. Once the cold temperatures hit my face, it causes pain, headaches and then my speech becomes slurred.

hopefully I’m ok
I’m under a lot of
stress
with work and having him around helps so much. Unfortunately he lives an hour and a half away, so we can’t see each other throughout the week. I’m scared I’ll have a hard time without him. Last week in the downward spiral I felt extremely sad because I missed him

One year on, happy Christmas!
LVT was then diagnosed so more
stress
and meds to get rid of that. January until April was tough with lots of worries, trips to hospital, and few tears. But things have steadily got better since then and I’ve made good progress I’m pleased to say.

Thyroid and Mental Health (desperate)
However, recently I have been having mental health symptoms. agitation,
stress
, anxiety about a whole host of everyday things that are completely ridiculous, health anxiety, as well as all of the other cognitive symptoms. This is making life very difficult to live and I do not know what to do.

Health update
Also mentioned that my headache might be
stress
related cause of my anxiety. I have been feeling dizzy and it’s not quite a pain but like a head band in top of my head. along with some ear fullness. I feel like I’ve had these symptoms before but it’s been so long that I don’t remember.

Hello
Mostly I am having varying levels of fatigue that seem to be linked to
stress
or moving too much. Finding it difficult to figure out what amount of activity is right.... as too little also feeds the fatigue. Impatiently waiting on levothyroxine to make me feel better.

If I’m honest I’ve never felt the same since going through huge
stress
5 years ago when my husband was having treatment for a serious illness right after I’d just had our second child. Current symptoms - Low energy, low motivation, reduced mental function.
