How Can I Manage my Anxiety & Fear from a Job Phantom?
It sounds like a high-
stress
job that will cause me to lose my weekends and work OT, and both those things sound like hell for me.

Tapering - have I overshot?
I don’t know if it has all built up to a perfect storm with the taper and the jab and the
stress
of my back pain, but I was feeling a bit nauseous, my neck ache is more evident, arms ache, plus this morning I was reading a book and kept falling asleep and I feel generally unwell.

IBS-C, fybogel, and dizziness - advice please :(
It appears to be mostly
stress
/tiredness triggered rather than food and I take bimuno supplements daily which appears to have helped a lot.It was recently recommended that I try fybogel, so I've been taking 1 or 2 sachets a day for a week or so - but I don't think my body likes it I've been more bloated

Do all beta blockers cause fatigue?
I know there are other things like
stress
and anxiety that wear me out, but it just seems to be a deep exhaustion that I feel, with no energy, am unsure the extent metoprolol may be contributing to this or not.

Compulsive Lying
It causes so many arguments and so much
stress
in the family. My question is, is this normal for people with a LD is there another medical condition this could be? He also seems to be regressing in many ways, such as hygiene, babyish comments etc. Again, is this normal? Thanks in advance!

YIKES-no Flecainide for 5 days
I'm moving slower, doing deep breathing throughout the day, removing any
stress
. I have had 3 episodes of Afib since premier on December 1st last year, so I shouldn't be too worried, but of course, I am.

The time is approaching. I'm ready (I think😂).
I've kept up to date with my training but I will be honest, it hasn't been easy, and the
stress
of the last few months has really sapped my energy some weeks. I've been sensible, and when I couldn't function because of
stress
and sleep loss, I deferred some runs to another week.

new to IBS and struggling!
I can’t eat, I can’t sleep, I can’t go out in public without fear of embarrassing symptoms- it’s giving me really bad anxiety and
stress
which doesn’t help symptoms either! I feel stuck in a vicious cycle and I’m really struggling with what to do to help! Any advice or tips are welcome.

I feel like I'm drowning in anxiety/depression/stress, and and no one is listening. What can I do?
I'm drowning in
stress
and anxiety and these thoughts. I'd go to a mental health unit, but again they just traumatize me further, I don't want to leave my dog when he could possibly die without me here and I need to continue to look for jobs to pay my bills.

The stress of the morning meds lottery
Hello all. Do any of you have a similar experience to my current challenge? I often really struggle to get reasonable symptomatic relief in the morning. My night time regime consists of a single Madopar 100g (controlled release) so my system hasn't been depleted of levadopa during the night. I ensure

PV and silent afib
Push for
stress
test, halter monitor, etc. If had I silent afib and I workout and previously was told my heart was fine, then someone else could have it who also has PV. And since we are more prone to strokes, untreated AFIB could be very bad.

i'm not so sure i would ever do anther science 37 study again. i like the concept but the reality is much differnt. i find it to be high
stress
and alot to juggle and it takes more time then just going to a brick and mortar place where everything is organized and ready to go and you get more $$ too apparently
