Hi all,
When I lay flat on my back for more that a few minutes, I find in almost impossible to get up and stand up with out help i have to grab something and I'll be in agonising pain, but once up and moving I'm absolutely fine I can run, jump, swim, gym..
and when laying flat its difficult to roll left or right on to my side I have to push off with my hands. However once on my side for two minutes or more. I'm absolutely fine I can spring out of bed no problems.
If I lay on my back for 2 minutes or more I'm literally paralysed only my arms and upper body seems work.
Has anyone had this experience?
