Pins and needles after rotator cuff injury

Hi I suffered some severe rotator cuff damage a few years ago (tumbled in the sea, repeatedly) and have snapped 2 tendons that because it took so long to be diagnosed were unfortunately considered beyond repair, so I have limited movement in the right arm, but have done pretty well. I also had a bicep tendon snap on the same arm, so am pretty weak there too. My problem is that I can't find a position to sleep in that doesn't cause pins and needles in my right hand, has anyone else experienced this, and what can I do about it?
