Lumps under incision

Hi I am almost 2 months since wide excision on my lower leg. Anyone get a bump under incision? I just noticed today a red lump under 2 spots of scar. The two spots also had a little of the second layer of stitches coming through. I am going to call surgeon tomorrow. Just curious if anyone else experienced this. It was a tight spot to pull together. No pain or heat. Thanks.

Could be from internal stitches or could be seroma, both very common. Took about 4 months before my WLE on my calf felt "normal".

Yes the stitches wound up coming out of the red bumps. Looks much better now. Thank you for responding!
