Does this look like a Malar rash?

I have Joint pain, hand and finger numbness, Fatigue, Headaches, night sweats, nasal sores in the winter and mild nausea. I have had several tests done and I was told I had fibromyalgia, which i am not sure i believe. My ANA was negative about year ago and all other tests come back normal. I just want to to get it figured out so i can get my life back 😩

That certainly looks like a classic malar rash. I'm on the same journey for a diagnosis - not to have a label, but to know that the condition will be managed and monitored. I believe the Lupus Society UK is very helpful - as the condition mimics other conditions and is hard to pin down. Also believe that referral to a rheumatologist is the best route if you can persuade your GP to do that. Negative ANA test so I've been told isn't necessarily reliable, so I think we have to keep going back to the GP and persisting in a referral. Hope you get somewhere soon! I'll post on here when I have my blood results back.
