Hi am new here and looking to get some information on nutrition in order to help pain and fatigue. Anything that seems to aid during a flare. I work full time an my fatigue level pretty much stays at an 6-8 and pain level usually the same range. Try to stay away from processed foods, I cook and make enough to last a week. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
