So does anyone else have this problem? It's very painful and makes me hurt for days after and I sometimes bleed. Also my pubic bone hurts a lot at other times. Not sure if this is sjogrens, part of lupus or from bowel inflammation??

People with Lupus tend to be sore at various parts of their body during a flare, partners need to be aware of where their significant others are in pain with any form of contact. Hugs used to hurt me... Sjogrens can cause vaginal dryness, I have bowel inflammation at the moment but I don't think that would translate to the pain you're experiencing? To me it sounds like the first two that are mainly causing it. I am not a doctor, I know it is awkward to ask doctors but they do know best.
