my age 35 years and weight 90 kg height 176cm.i m doing morning waliking daily for 1 hour,dieting also but not able to reduce s wt,help me

The problem is likely to be due to leptin resistance. As Angel has suggested, check for thyroid and ask for reverse T3. If high, then leptin resistance is confirmed. In layman's language your body is in starvation mode. So your metabolism slows down, your calories are converted to fat. Feeling unrested after a night's sleep, not able to lose weight etc are the usual problems. Suggested remedy: Go for fresh foods, avoid all processed foods (bread butter, jam cheese, pickles, fizzy drinks, noodles and convenience foods etc ) Eat lots of high nutrition - low calorie foods. e.g eat whole grains preferably organic. the speed of walking matters a lot. You can mix it with bursts of running.

One food which I have found very good is dalia i.e. broken wheat porridge in the morning. After roasting the broken grains. boil dry in water, add milk and have it with some sugar.
