It is not possible to know you correct weight. Everyone is different. However, if you want to lose weight observe a healthy diet and exercise for half to one hours per day.

1st Your weight is not serious only a few Kilogram.Exercise for 7 to 10 minutes even only once a day will help it away. Yoga Surya namaska ( If spelling is right) otherwise called Salutation to the Sun first thing in the morning very good for weight and general health, 10 minutes is enough.

2nd To increase uncooked raw food, fruits and fresh vegetables raw, and to take less cooked food all if possible.

3rd to clean your system regularly small dose 1 teaspoon epsomsalts - magnesium every day in a small glass of warm water until weight comes down.

There after once or twice every week if necessary.

Good luck and if you try this please post the result for us to see.

1 kg of fat is 9000 kcal. So if you create a net deficit of 300 kcal (60 min brisk walking), and another 200 from reducing intake, you might lose about 1 kg a week. So estimate at least 9 weeks for 9 kg. Mugi's answer is correct for your height you need to be around 58 to 60 kg.

Not what you're looking for?
