drink lots of thin buttermilk and either skim milk or cow milk and icy water mixed together. Do not have raw onions, raw garlic, tea or coffee. If you having them then reduce the intake of tea and have it really mild, not too much boiled. replacing tea or coffee with low fat milk is the best, drink lots of water and do not eat too much spicy. Also do not sleep immediately after Lunch or dinner.

reduce spicy food, increase plain water intake to 2-3 litres per day, do Kapaal Bhaanti yog at least for 2 minutes in the morning.
