Is there any measure to get rid of stubborn fat for a 50+ woman?

The only measures are hard work and diet. Why not ask for diet advice from the forum. Post you average daily meal intake and ask people to comment. In essence, you need to reduce calorie intake but continue to eat nutritious food and at the same time, you need to exercise more. You might think it is not possible to lose weight over 50 but if you look back two generations, there were very very few overwieght people over 50. Why was this? Because of better diet, lower calorie intake and more exercise. People didn't lead such sedentary lives. Good luck. And post your diet up online!

I once read somewhere that age shouldn't be a hindrance to losing weight. So go for it. One needs to just get organised and follow good habits (is the toughest bit, but if you are committed nobody / nothing can hold you back. I have been there) not for some days but for a lifetime!! Good Luck!
