Hi.. I am 29 years old female. I am 5.2 ft height 76.5 kg. I am going for morning walk for 4 kms (fast) 40 minutes.

hi, ur body mass index shows that u r in early obesity category. Exercising for 40 mins is perfect! Combine wise eating(eat less of high calorie food) along with exercise. A balanced diet is good for general health. Consistent effort will help in reducing weight.
