Lady i think you should take out 30 mins of your time and do a bit of yoga. and change your diet to as much grilled food as possible..and change to olive oil or riso or saffola.
have juice of amix of 3 vegs, eg..a mix of spinach, carrot and beetroot...this will not only help but will also imprave your bowels and skin.(no salt or sugar in the juice).
Hi, pl. check ur body mass index to find out whether u r in normal/overweight/obese/severe obese category. For overweight n early obesity, a balanced diet with regular exercise is fine. For severe obesity also called morbid obesity, an obesity specialist consultation is required who may suggest surgical options,if needed. Try to make time for exercise, initially u may find it difficult , later, it will become a habit. Reducing weight by exercise combined with wise eating(less of high calorie food, more of veggies n fruits) is healthy way. Make sure that u have healthy snacks handy. Create oppurtunities to be active, like climbing stairs.
