I want to reduce my weight what type of diet chart i need to follow everyday, & what all things i need to do on daily basis?

Hi,

First you need to check your BMI. If you are obese then only try to reduce weight.

To reduce weight, how much calories you take, you need to take out more than that from your body. eat healthy food(any vegetables, any fruits). Strickly aviod anything you get to eat outside and more important, do atleast 30min of exercise every day.

If possible can u give me a food chat plz , because am also planing to reduse my weight , at present my age is 26 , and my weight is exact 94. so can u give me some helpfull tips.

Hello,

1. SKIP BREAKFAST/ Take 2 spoons of Formula 1 with 1 spoon of PPP (personalised protein powder) in a shaker mug which will be provided. Shake the powder in water in the shaker mug (I will mark it for how much to put water & drink slowly.

2. In between take 1 liter of water & put 3 spoons of herbal tea concentrate & shake it till the water color turns brown. Sip it throughout the day till 4 p m.

If u have the habbit of taking tea put 1 spoon of herbal tea concentrate in a cup of hot water with 1 sugarfree & have ....youll love the taste.

3. SKIP LUNCH & REPEAT THE SAME AS BREAKFAST. In between if u feel hungry take sour curd,cucumbers, gauva or vegetable clear soup.

3. HAVE NORMAL DINNER

THE TOTAL EXPENSE WOULD BE RS. 4700/ - BUT I WISH I COULD ADD MULTIVITAMIN TABLETS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BEST FOR U & UR BABY - BUT AGAIN COSTS WOULD GO UP.

MUST: U HAVE TO TAKE 5/6 LITERS OF WATER DAILY APART FROM HERBAL TEA CONCENTRATE

THIS IS TOTALLY HERBAL & 100% VEGETARIAN
