HI, UR BODY MASS INDEX SHOWS THAT U R IN NORMAL HEALTHY RANGE. TO MAINTAIN AND BE HEALTHY EAT BALANCED DIET. EXERCISE FOR 30-45 MINS /DAY , AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD LIKE SWEETS, SNACKS, CHOCOLATES, ICE CREAMS AND DEEP FRIED FOODS. WEIGHT REDUCTION TAKES TIME JUST LIKE IT TAKES TIME TO PUT ON WEIGHT. U HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT IN UR EFFORT.
