HI, CHECK UR BODY MASS INDEX. UR EXERCISE REGIMEN IS FINE. COMBINE IT WITH WISE EATING HABIT, AVOIDING HIGH CALORIE FOOD LIKE SWEETS, SNACKS, CHOCOLATES, ICE CREAMS AND DEEP FRIED FOODS. INCLUDE MORE VEGETABLES AND SELECT FRUITS. HAVE DRY FRUITS AND NUTS FOR SNACKS. WEIGHT REDUCTION TAKES TIME JUST LIKE IT TAKES TIME TO PUT ON WEIGHT. I AM SURE UR POSITIVE ATTITUDE WILL HELP U IN WEIGHT LOSS.
