If you are really serious about weight-loss for bringing down your weight to about 50 kg or so you will have to avoid eating junk food and focus on regular high intensity aerobic work outs for an hour to burn those extra fats in your body.After a work out drink a glass of green tea daily.Eat high fiber diet like oatmeal or lots of green vegitables and never eat deep fried and polysaturated food .If you are non-vegetarian ,eat skinless roasted or steamed chicken but never eat red meat.If you like fish eat fish rich in Omega3 oil like mackerel but do not eat fried fish at all.
