Hi Manjeet .All that I have understood from my experience in coaching people in their weight loss journeys is that weight loss is a fun and simple process.
Well You should not stop eating,to do a healthy weight loss you should start eating ! Eat right and you shall reach your goals.
Bad health starts from breakfast !
Now tell me know what you normally have for breakfast?
Two chapatis with any vegetable & Lassi.On Sunday,I eat Paranthas or missi roti.
i think 1chapati w small bowl of vegies is enough...for bfast
