I am 28 yrs old working girl.my height is 4ft 11 inch.weight is 78 kg.i m suffering from pcos.how can i reduce my fat and look younger

ya exactly dear dont go fr any type of medicine ,just eat healthy do exercise and brisk walk is necesary .u,will definately lose weight.

shikatyagi is right. Eat right. More proteins, less carbohydrates. Take mineral and vitamin supplements. Exercise regularly. I would like to suggest u to visit a local gynecologist. and ask for suggestions about ur PCOS . Because PCOS is a disease where ur hormones gets out of balance. and over time it lead to other health problems like diabetes or heart disease. even obesity. So if u want to control all of it u have to control PCOS first. treat PCOS. and the rest I would like to suggest u to Have oatmeal as breakfast. and in lunch u take one small bowl of rice and one/two chapatis. green vegetables. and dont eat fully.stop eating junk foods and soft drinks. go for morning walk(walk little faster to burn more fat). Join swimming. this will help u to reduce weight.
