I am suffering from sciatica and arthrities hence I am unable to go for a walk or gym .I am doing indoor exercises.
This is very important to do exercise if you want to reduce weight,Only diet can not do all.
The most common reason for weight gain is our eating habits and lethargic life style.Trhere is no suppliment which can reduce your weight without this.
The process of weight reduction is slow you have to continue with patience....
i hv no time for regular exercise...bt i prefer a one hour walk daily in evng...
