Oh most definitely. I'm going to have a go at Vegan Fudge, I just need to get some coconut cream to make my own condensed milk and I'll be away. The recipe I'm going to try is this one:

These look really good. Didn’t realise how easy it would be to make condensed milk. I used to make fudge. It was my son’s favourite. You would do the same thing every time and sometimes it just wouldn’t set. He loved it anyway.

They do don't they and I've got Coconut Cream on my shopping list for next week, can't wait to try the recipe and I will make the other one but not sure what nut butter to use yet, I may try it with Cashew Nut Butter. I didn't realise how easy it was to make either and the recipe isn't that unhealthy either, I'm always looking for less sugar.

It's the taste that matters, not the consistency and a result that your son loved it.
