This was on the news this morning and in the papers yesterday as Morrisons are to launch a plant based pork pie on the 9th of December.
I hope they make a gluten free version as it does look good...

well thats obviously good but why cant plant based food be celebrated for being plant based rather than trying to copy some meat fast food ?
I do agree as I rarely eat anything that is supposed to represent meat and actually I don't very often enjoy it. I do think, though, that this is good for those that are pondering about becoming Vegan or those hard to convince that a Vegan lifestyle is a very good choice for health, the planet and of course the animals as manufacturing these kinds of foods may convince those people that Veganism is actually easy to follow and very tasty.
