Good morning everyone,

I’ve just added a new poll which you will see on the right side of your screen on the initial VFL page. Please add your comments as it would be great to get more activity on VFL as this is our forum for all things vegan and it’s such an important subject that I am very passionate about and I see it as my way of doing my bit for the animals and us vegans all contributing to encourage each other and to help advise and share information with each other and anyone else who is Vegan, plant based or just curious.

Totally agree Ali, it's a very important subject and we are all here to share tips, recipes and support each other.

I can now look at the fields of sheep and cows safe in the knowledge that I don't eat them. It saddens me though when I see animals on the road in big farm trucks.

Since becoming Vegan I hate the smell of vacon when walking past a pub or other business where they cook food, I wasn't like this before.
