Is anyone here familiar with Zucchini spiral style pasta?

Hello, Yes, I make it quite a lot. It's very nice. You can eat it a bit steamed our even raw.

Oh sorry! I thought you meant the one you make out of courgettes /zucchini with a spiralizer/mandolin. I make courgette/zucchini 'spaghetti' for the kids with 'cheese' sauce a lot and hence why I got confused. Sorry again.

Hi, thanks for the video. Have you ever made pizza or ' bread' in a dehydrator? I was wondering what the texture becomes. Is it ok for little ones to chew?

I use a potato peeler to make things slices that I either use in layerS for lasagna or boil and pour over a walnut tomato pasta sauce

Yesyou make it yourself with a spiraliser. Raw or cooked in coconut oil it's delicious.

Yes, I make it fresh with a Spiralizer. I then either mix it with some raw homemade pasta sauce, or warm some pasta sauce in a pan and mix the raw 'pasta' in. I find the raw pasta much more refreshing and energising than ordinary pasta.
