Nose spray causing bleeding

I have been using flonase for about 5 months. Has anyone experienced blood in their nose while using this? Not a nose bleed, but when I clean my nose one side has been showing blood.

I use QNasal and it happens to me on occasion. My doctor suggested that I use a saline nasal spray before my QNasal to mositen the inside of my nose. It seems to be helping me- it's Spring allergies were I live and I didn't want to stop taking just yet 🙂

I went to the allergist today. She said the nasal spray caused a laceration which caused the bleeding and to take a break from it for 2 weeks.
