Have had extreme allergies since my mid 30s, 20 years ago, & may be heading into asthma. Any advice is welcome!

JoJo I would start by seeing an allergist who you can work with and go through all your allergies and be screened for asthma. Having an advocate supporting you with the right treatments and education on your allergies will help you deal with exposures, reactions and your symptoms.
