I have had that problem for years. Recently I was sent in for a sleep study test. I found out that I have Sleep Apnea and need to use a C-Pap Machine every night. It has helped with the feeling tired still. As for the shoulders and neck... I just pull my bed sheet up around my shoulders. That helped wonders from what I use to have. Sadly, I have nerve damage in my shoulders so it doesn't get rid of the pain, but it isn't as bad as I feel when my shoulders are real cold from sitting in a draft. Hope this helps a little bit.

I found out that using a 4 way massage tool makes a huge difference in the morning. I don't even have to get out of bed. I just hold it on the tight area for about 10 seconds.
I would suggest you find one where each head has a different size so that you treat each area differently. I got mine from decathlon.
