Skipped beats

Hi I’m new on this site . I suffer from Anxiety, panic disorder all my life , I’m 54 yo and diagnosed with depression 1 week ago .

What I’m having that’s happening is when I bend over , say to pick something up my heart skips beats . It started about a month ago . Some days it’s worse than others .

Any ideas anyone ?
