can anyone tell me about stiff heart which i was diagnosed with but havent had any information about it, will it get worse I suffer badly with breathlessness and fatigue ,all i get from my doctor is keep a watch on my weight, eat healthy ,i have always done all three things all my life,I am 66 years old and would like to know more, a few sites i have been on say speak to your doctors they are not helping
