Unable to sleep at all tonight and came across a new device called Tinnisoothe
Just wondering if anyone has any comments about it.
I'm somewhat tempted if it helps with sleep. Since January I've gone from being a 7hr sleeper to a max of 3 hrs!
Driving me mad!
