Welcome to any new forum users and a big hello to everyone that's been using us for a while.

We like that our forum members use this space to share their tinnitus stories, ideas and questions with little intervention from us. Peer support is incredibly valuable when learning to manage tinnitus and can be an important tool to help with motivation and resilience.

From time to time we get periods of misuse on this forum which needs to be managed. We delete any posts which breech the Health Unlocked Terms of Use or our own Community Guidelines, including "promote false cures for illnesses, anti-vaccination advice, manipulate contents to mislead users by distorting the truth of events, misinformation or post content that originates from disinformation campaigns".

If anyone has any questions or would like to discuss any of the cures for tinnitus you feel uncomfortable about or concerns over vaccinations please get in touch with us Mon-Fri 9-5 via our helpline (0800 018 0527) or email, helpline@tinnitus.org.uk
