have a look at the website of the British Tinnitus association for possible treatments. I’ve no idea what eft is though

the best treatment for me to lower anxiety was cranio sacral therapy.

I think that the OTO app is excellent

I have had problems all along sleeping as my pronounced heart beats keep me awake at night

My heart is fine but my nervous system is trigger happy and over-sensitive because of the tinnitus

I have Oticon hearing aids which have white noise masking to take the edge of the tinnitus when I go to sleep when on the " tinnitus comfort " setting .However the strong heartbeats can go the whole night and make my sleep very hit and miss with multiple awakenings

By chance I found that if I stream the OTO Biaural Gamma sound,it seems to settle the nervous system and calm down the heart beats

I have set the sound volume on the lowest setting possible on the IPhone as well as in the OTO app.This is necessary as the hearing aid presses into the pillow and increases the perceived volume

I have it set so that I can barely hear the soothing gamma sounds

OTO sometimes offer 50% off

So my coping mechanisms are EFT tapping ,body scans as per the OTO app,Oticon white noise masking and of course OTO Biaural gamma noises for some nights

OTO breathing techniques help as well as humming tunes

Lastly it is worth reading Claire Weekes books about how she cracked the " anxiety " code with her 4 step method
