Hi, I have had tinnitus since 2015. There seem to be a few associated things going on - I get tired about 14:00 every day and my tinnitus is bad then, i have a sleep for 30 mins which is a really deep sleep and i can nod off in a minute. then when i wake up it is much better and i can carry on. The other thing is when i am running - sometimes when really pushing it my tinnitus gets bad and then there is a 'pop' and a 'fizz' in my ear - a bit like popping candy in my ear, and then it gets better in an instant. Also, my hangovers are now terrible and sometimes they start hurting half way through the evening ! Anyone else have anything similar or any comments ?
Thanks, Mike.

Hello Mike. I don’t know how old you are, but getting sleepy in the early afternoon is a normal part of getting a bit older. I’m not sure about the T getting your worse when you’re running, someone else on this forum might know. Also, hangovers worsten the older you are -:just one of the terrible side effects of getting older, can’t be helped. Other than cutting back on alcohol?
