That's odd, because I think that is what caused the spiking pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear. I never had pulsatile T before that. I research everything I take and that one slipped by because I read that it can help with tinnitus. Glad you are finding it helpful for sleep. I just use lots and lots of sound layering with purple noise, crickets, a fan, etc. My whole apartment has sounds in almost every room.
