Tinnitus and headphones

I found using bang& Olufsen active noise cancellation headphones to watch tv or dvds changing treble and bass settings I don’t hear my tinnitus so much they were expensive but I can enjoy my entertainment more so worth it.

I have Denon headphones, and I find mine is reduced quite considerably.

I only problem is when I take them off.its like when I am in the shower my T not bad but as soon as get out my T is through the roof

I have the radio on very low to get to sleep, I find it works.
