Hello, I was wondering the same, but I think with the NHS anyway it depends on the level of the sounds you have to if they give you one, as mines normally pretty low sound I wasn't able to get one.

I not only ware hearing aids/maskers, I have been given permission to sleep in them by my audiologist who specializes in T, they work very well indeed and gave 3 different sounds plus the hearing aid option, I switch sounds approx every one or two weeks as mr T tends to break through if left on same one, you can adjust volume but I have been instructed to set the volume so your brain CAN hear the T,, life savers for me , though I appreciate not for everyone.

Hello

I am going deaf in one ear so I need my hearing aid in that ear otherwise my T is much more noticeable. I have one sound that I can get on the hearing aid. I use this if my T is getting a bit too noticeable.

My hearing aids are a real blessing. I have optional settings for notch therapy and white noise. Some of the positive effect remains even after I remove them in the evening and upon waking in the morning.
