Thanks for your reply I need a lot of support at the moment I T is louder any any time before a lot of it is stress and worry.My lovely sister who has been my rock taken me to appointments and has helped me through my mental health issues and has done a lot for charity for where she works with adults with leaning difficulties shaving her head trekking in the Sahara Has just told the family she has breast cancer goes for surgery to have the breast of 3rd January the same date her friend had her surgery for the same thing and my sister helped her through it so Xmas does not feel very merry sometimes I feel we live in a very unfair world but I have to be strong for the family
