Can anyone recommend anything to help with muffled hearing and blocked sinuses. Have made Dr appointment but it's not for another week. πŸ˜”

I was at my doctors for the exact same thing a few days ago. He recommended Beconase nasal spray, you can get it from the chemists.

Old school, Hot water in a basin with eucalyptus oil and some lemon juice, head over it with a towel

Hi my doctor recommended Sudafed decongestant tablets from pharmacy- they worked a treat for me - but best to ask if you take any other medication! Hope you feel better soon.

Old fashioned steam inhalation always relieves my sinusitis. Bowl of boiling water, towel over head and breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth, but under NO circumstances add anything to the water e.g. vicks vapour rub, olbas oil etc as it will irritate the nasal passages. Do it for a couple of minutes at a time for a total of 10 to 15 minutes per session
