Coming of cold turkey

Hello all after coming off pregablin cold turkey after a year ,Next day had massive headache or migraines etc Head seem to vibrate and buzzing noise in left ear,I have these buzzing hearing aids at moment don’t know if they work got to try , Went to see ENT doctor he said have to live with it wrong thing to say with the trauma that this thing brings to a person ,taking mirtazaphine to make me sleep , and back on pregablin to wein back off them , Most of noise comes from head not ears anyone got any ideas or had the same problem
