Who takes CBD?

Does anyone here take CBD ? I thought I would try it and went with gummies but they are only 10 mg lol I did not know how much to take because I never took them before so they are not doing much for me but maybe I need a higher mg , if anyone has taken them please share with me your outcome, my tinnitus is off the charts because of stress and I really need some help.? Thank you

Hi Caligirl, I've tried it in oil form at both 5% and 10% and have to say it didn't really work for me, plus it gets expensive! My tinnitus is pretty severe, whole head and both ears, plus I'm on lots of med for hypertension after a mini second-hand there are quite a lot of posts on the site from sufferers who have had good results from and though have a look and good luck, hang on in there!

I took it for 3 days now and it did not work for me as well, I have it severe too, last night was the worse, I just want to sleep but I’m not giving up . I know it’s not going away so I will keep trying,thank you for your response.

I’ve taken the cbd oil strongest you can get here for 2 months.

Waste of money for me.
