Hi everybody, I hope you are having a good day and that there's some nice Spring sunshine where you are.

Just to let you know that if you're staying in tonight, you can catch the latest in the 1Xtra Talks series which is all about tinnitus - it starts at 9pm, there will be people discussing their experiences, and I'll be chiming in from the studio as well.

This is a great opportunity for us to get tinnitus prevention and management messages out to a massive audience of young people. If you can't listen live (we're up against Call of Duty AND Victoria on the TV so I understand if you'd prefer one of those!) then there will be listen again and a podcast.

Right, now to grab a coffee to steady any pre-broadcast nerves ...

Best wishes

Thoroughly enjoyed the broadcast , a lot was covered by all the contributors, even the host appeared genuinely interested rather than “ just another topic”, really pleased late on you covered the “suicide risk” attatched to T, an extremely important part of T, ok, not all of us experienced this,I did sadly, and if it wasn’t for security nabbing me in the grounds of the hospital at 3am and following this two of my sons actually locking me in my house and watching me 24/7 I probably would not be writing this,, I really hope the programme has been well received and promotes T in a good way,, very slight criticism is that I felt an opportunity was missed to highlight the value of hearing aids/ maskers,, I know not for everyone but personally they have more than played the part in my recovery along with everything else,, great prog all the same, and mr T your days are numbered!!!!!!!!!!
