I think it’s basically a trial an error thing. What works for someone doesn’t work for others.

No harm in giving it a try.

Bope, ginko 6000 they just make blood not so thick and that is all but never ever helped me at all. Tried 6 kinds in 5,5 years and never any effect, I mean real effect.

tried it myself tried three different types and didn't notice any difference
