Being woken

For the last 3 days have been woken up at 4am with my T levels high also it’s like a pneumatic drill in both ears I have a sound pillow with t masking sounds so what is triggering the T I do not know just hope it stops soon

It’s not easy is it. I wake up briefly every couple of hours throughout the night but manage to sleep pretty well in saying that. I use Sleepbuds.

Is it Bose sleepbuds you use and do they really work

They took a couple of sleeps to get used to but they deffo work for me. Been using them for around 5 weeks now and although I briefly wake up a few times every night I always manage to go off to sleep again. They are comfortable and as I sleep on my sides they have never really bothered me during sleep. The app you download has a decent selection of sounds to choose from to aid your sleep. They’re a bit costly but I don’t reckon I’d get a decent nights sleep without them.

Note; the Bose Sleep buds only play masking sounds. They will not play music from your audio library.
