Tinnitus and misophonia?

Tinnitus sufferers, do you also have misophonia?

I have both - I manage tinnitus with audio books and the Bose ear buds that generate generic sounds (but if I focus, I can hear my ringing above the pleasant, generated sounds but the alternate sounds help me focus away from the tinnitus.

My spouse believes I have misophonia because some sounds are unpleasant yet I have rarely left the room to avoid (especially high-frequency) sounds.

I have sound sensitivity, whether that is the same as misophonia I couldn't say for sure. I can't tolarate sound that are loud and shrill such sirens, or everyday sounds when i'm trying to consentrate. It is and was so bad that when I relocated I went from sleeping 9 hours a night to 5 or less. I just could never get used to the sounds.
