Hi Jbradford,

I think, in time, you will adjust and find what may equal silence. every now and then I realize I hadn't noticed it for a while even though it's always there. If I listen for it, it gets louder. I'm now trying to focus on improving my health rather than listening to see how bad it's gotten. My pulsatile symptoms have subsided and I'm able to overcome the vertigo.
