I have a very continuous sound(not noisy) in left side of head (not from Ears). Maybe like humming sound. I can't figure it out. Please help

Hi, I have the same, woke up one morning and thought it was a car revving outside. It was still there sometime later and no one else could hear it. I drove to work the next day and could still hear it so knew it was ‘in my head’ not outside. I’ve had MRI n due to go back to ENT 17th August. It does stop if I turn my head.
