Mast Cell Stabilisers
I keep looking at the other mast cell stabilisers such as Sodium Cromoglicate and Nedocromil Sodium inhalers (which I believe can have brand names of Intal and
Tilade
).

Recommend a good substitute for Tilade
I understand that
Tilade
is no longer available. Have you been in this situation? What did your doctor prescribe? Is it a good substitute?

Intal/Tilade - Medication for exercise induced asthma
There appears to be some inhalers, Intal and
Tilade
too. Does anyone have any experience of these inhalers? Has anyone found them to be beneficial? I'd like to suggest these to the asthma nurse, but would like an insight into them first.

Tilade or Intal inhalers and exercise
I wondered if anyone has used an inhaler like
Tilade
or Intal, along with their steroid preventer, to help with symptoms during exercise?

Told off for using A&E!
He currently takes symbicort, ventolin, singulair, slo-phyllin,
tilade
and 10mg alternate day pred. At the beginning of last month Jay came down with a chest infection and was prescribed Clarithromycin, it set his asthma off so I also started a couse of Pred (40mg).

Is rape seed still a problem??
Taking no chances giving Piriton and
Tilade
4 times a day on top of usual meds, he has additional pred with him just in case, peak flows to be taken twice daily and an Asthma plan. I am sure he will be abosolutely fine but feel pretty useless as he is so far away.
